What is ZeeBrands.pk's Exchange/Replace policy?

ZeeBrands.pk offers its customers a ' 10 DAYS EXCHANGE/REPLACE SERVICE ' wherein you can raise the exchange/replace request of a product within 10 days of its delivery.


Is There Any Charges On Exchange/Replace Any Defected Product?

No! There is no charges on exchange/replace for products that are faulty or defected in anyway.


Before Applying for Return/Refund!

Make sure:


  • You Apply for Return/Refund within 10 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all the accessories (if any), in same condition as we sent it to you
  • Product has Return/Refund policy, if any product doesn't have return/refund policy then it would be mentioned on product details page.

Received Defected/Faulty Product?

If you have received Defected product/Faulty Product, or the product is not as per the mentioned description on the website:


  • We will exchange the product with same or different product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • If you want to exchange/replace faulty products, you will have to send the product first to our official address and after receive of your product; our officer will call u and then send your parcel to your designated address.
  • After receiving defective/wrong parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy.

You Didn't Like the Product?

If you have received correct product and you didn't like the product then:


  • You can exchange it with any other product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • You will have to send the parcel back to us, parcel sending charges will be bear by you
  • After receiving parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy
  • Replacement can be made within 10 working days.
  • For this type of Replacement/Exchange, Rs 250/pkr will be charged.

Refund Policy

If you want refund then following conditions apply:


  • Refund be issued within 5-7 working days of receiving product back
  • 20% Service Charges will be deducted from the order amount and rest will be refunded
  • If customer need refund via Easy Paisa then Easy Paisa service charges will be deducted from refund amount.
